Custom dashboards and job tracking
Inteloflow builds live dashboards that pull from the systems you already run, such as your CRM, accounting software, job management tools, and spreadsheets, into one always-current view. Each dashboard is a real web application on your own domain that you own outright, not a per-seat BI license.
Includes the data connectors, not just the front end. Fixed-price after a scoping call. No hourly billing.
What we build
- Job tracking dashboards for service businesses: open jobs, aging, revenue per job, and technician load in one view
- KPI dashboards that consolidate numbers your team currently assembles by hand
- Data plumbing included: the connectors that pull from your CRM, accounting system, or database
- Custom web applications on modern hosting with CI deploys, previews, and rollback
- Fully owned by you: code, hosting, and data, with no per-seat licensing
Proven in production
This site is our own platform work: a custom Next.js application on Vercel with structured data, CI deploys, and one-click rollback. The same stack powers the dashboards we ship.

How much does a custom dashboard cost?
Builds start at $2,500 USD, which includes connecting your data sources, not just the visual layer. Dashboards with several systems feeding them, or write-back actions, are quoted as a fixed-price scope.
Why not just use Power BI or Looker?
BI tools are the right call when your team already lives in them. A custom dashboard wins when you need per-seat costs at zero, full control of the layout and logic, and connectors to systems BI tools handle poorly, such as on-premise databases or niche job software.
What data sources can you connect?
Anything with an API or a readable database: CRMs, accounting systems, job management platforms, spreadsheets, and on-premise SQL Servers through secure tunnels.
Who owns and hosts the dashboard?
You do. Dashboards deploy to your own hosting account and domain with the code in your repository. Typical hosting cost at SMB scale is zero to a few dollars a month.
